Downtown Lakewood Ranch
A sense of Community is what Lakewood Ranch is all about. On the first Friday of every month, Lakewood Ranch residents are invited to downtown Main Street for “Music on Main.” It is a family-oriented, relaxing evening of music, food, beverages, and socializing. Main Street is closed to traffic and open for fun, so be sure to arrive early to secure a parking spot and a seat near the music. Other regularly scheduled events include The Sun Coast Food & Wine festival, weekend polo matches at the Lakewood Ranch Polo Fields, a variety of celebrity golf tournaments, the annual Halloween Boo Festival and 5K Run, concerts, a Farmer’s Market, art shows, car shows, and even a chili cook off.
A great quality of life is one of the first things that residents will say about living at the Ranch. With one of the nation’s top beaches and the Gulf of Mexico within a short drive of Lakewood Ranch, you can LIVE where people love to vacation. This fast growing community was instrumental in attracting the recently constructed University Town Center, a fabulous shopping destination with upscale dining and world-class shops.
